How do I "read the encyclopedia"?
I can't figure out how to "read the encyclopedia"

You will need to buy a book shelf first, then place it in one of your Houses, click on it, then choose read encyclopedia. 
I also have most things you need to compete your neighborhood tasks in my main Houses.

1 You will need to be inside one of your houses, 2 click on the bubble at the bottom with the picture of the chair and lamp, 3 make sure you are in the furniture tab to the left, 4 click on the living room tab, 5 scroll past all the chairs and couches, 6 chose the bookself you want. 7 place it in your home. hope this helps For more questions for The Sims FreePlay check out the question page where you can search or ask your own question.
