Sims want move
One of my sims will not move, talk are anything.

I will often have one sim that I can not interact with, usually when I have 10 on a lot. If you move them to another lot, you should be able to interact with them again. It may take a few tries to have the home or whistle symbol pop up, but keep trying. I think it's a glitch.
