Only 3 of my 4 sims (all employed at the art gallery) can go to
When I click on the little icon that sends them to work, the fourth one goes grey and nothing happenes if you press it so only 3 of my aims can go to work! Please help!

They are either bugged or the timer is messed up for them. Did you use the time cheat at any point? That is the usual cause. You can try whistling them to another location in your town and then trying the menu again.
