Can two sims from the same family have kids/get married when the
I have two kids in the same family in sims freeplay I want to plan out the future generation and I was wondering if two children (siblings, male and female) can have a kid together when they become adults

The way that the game handles that is the new kid is assigned parent relationship with just ONE sibling in the house if you have a cradle and baby spawned in a house with siblings in it. So yes and no.
