How to design fashion in a neighbour's house?
I do have the fashion design set in my Sim's home but have to design in a neighbour's house. I've gone to the party boat, visited a few neighbour's towns and visited their sims but none seem to have the fashion design set.
What am I missing here?

You need to find a neighbor house that also has the Fashion Design Bench - if none do, ask one of your Neighbors to add one.
