Can't add baby sim

Can't add baby sim
My goal is to add a baby sim to the town. So when I click on the crib it is telling me I can't add another sim as 1 is already being added and to complete that 1st. BUT I have no idea where this so called sim is that is currently being added? I have tried deleting sims to make room thinking maybe that's why I can't add a baby? How do I find this sim that is in the process of being added? Please help

Have you tried removing the crib and putting it into your inventory, than taking it back out? Also, try placing the crib in another house and see if that does anything. Restart your device as well, and if nothing works than wait for an update before going to EA's website - EA.com - and telling them about this issue.
