How can I speculate in a seat at beach?
I'm lvl 16 and my weekly task is to speculate in a seat at beach. Where can I find the seat at beach? I do see there is a public beach. But it requires lvl 24 to build up.

You will need to continue to play and do the story Quests until you can build the beach section, at which point you can then do that task.

Look I don't know if it is silly or not... I do know that to do that task you have to have the beach built, and to do THAT you have to have completed the lifespan series of quests so that you can get orbs in order to build it. So silly or not, until you build the beach you cannot do this quest...
