How is I tell other sims I'm engaged
I can't figure out how to tell other sims I'm engaged and it's a goal

Tap on the task Bar and then tap on the task. It will give you more information and tell you what exactly you need to do.
I think for this task you just need to buy a phone from the home store and place it somewhere, and than just call your friends.
