I have to do a task but none of my neighbors have the fire hydrant from promotions r us please add me on the Game Center RachelBiebes

It will be faster for you to ask one of your Neighbors to add that to their town so you can use it - or to go on the forums and ask for an invite to a town that has a Courtesy House in it.
