What level do you have to be on to have them go past best friend
What level do you have to be at to get past best friends because I am not getting the shower quest to show up

Best friends is the highest friendship level there is. You don't level up friendships to unlock Quests, you level up the level you are at. You do this by completing tasks and earing exp.
