"This service is not available" in store?
I'm in the store to purchase lifestyle points and simolions but anything I click on tells me "this service is not available at this time"
What does that mean and how do I fix it?

It means that either your wifi isn't working (which it is, because it requires wifi to play the game) or the store is down for the moment. Just wait a few hours or even a day and see if it gets fixed. If not, contact EA through their website with your issue.
