How do you get a baby
You ask to move in then it will say want to get married then the man will repose then the have a baby

To get a baby you have to have two Sims get married, then you have to buy a crib from the Children's store, which you must build. Then you can add a baby, but make sure you are able to add another sim at your level first. If you can't than just level up and you should be able to add more sims.
