Can you have a proper wedding?
My sims got married but I wanted a proper wedding for them. Can I have one? And if I can what level do I need to have?

No. You just get married in regular clothes. You get wedding bundle after the Quest has been completed.

No the only way to have a proper ceremony for them, is to unlock prizes during one of the timed Events. So far there have been two, the first was Tropical Romance Getaway Event, last year. The most recent was a month or two ago, the Wedding Belles event. During the events, your Sims need to collect Items to unlock prizes. During the wedding belles event, they had to create candles, Jewelry, etc. I think the other one you had to collect different fruit. Once you unlock all the prizes the end prize is usually a free venue/house where you can have a proper wedding and everything.

I have the wedding tables, but it says my Sims aren't alloud to use it because the sign with the cross through it appears does anyone know why this it? I'm on level 36 on freeplay

It is because they can not reach it,move something out of their way or move the chairs and tables
