Need help going to other sims house from party boat
As soon as I take my sim to another neighbourhood my sim instantly goes in all red in their mood sections and leaves can't do anything... Yet my quest is talk to neighbour from the party boat section..? Help

This sounds like a glitch, so the only thing to do is wait for an update and see if that fixes the issue. After the next update try doing this again and see if it works.
