It's not letting me add baby

On the game I have the crib and waited 24 hours for it to add baby and when I click on it. It doesn't do anything HELP

Okay so you buy the crib.
You wait until you see the baby.
You could create one by create a sim.
And voila, baby had been born! I really hope this works! Good luck!
