Why won't two best friends get the romance button?
Well my two sims were talking and being nice and funny to each other but no romance button came up so I kept trying to be nice but now they are best friends and won't be romantic why please help me

You have to wait until the goal of dating or romance comes up. For now, all they can be is best friends until you unlock that goal. I think the Quest is called "Love in the Air".

I'm level 7. I have the quest. But I don't know how to complete it. I looked online and it says be romantic, I can't because it says the slow down hot stuff beucsde I haven't completed the love is in the air quest.

Be patient, the quest is preparing, u haven't received it yet, when u do, it will pop up on the screen, and then u can flirt and stuff and be romantic, its just a case of waitingGuest answered:

Next to the sims status with the food and the bathroom and the cleanness and social and stuff, there is a cupcake. they should give you 5 lifestyle points to spend on the cupcake for the taskGuest answered:
Just wait until that becomes a task. It will tell you when it is time for them to date, or your a high enough level for that. Just be patient and try doing all tasks assigned, it will or should come up soon. Maybe you aren't playing enough ? Or doing the tasks when it says them and you wait a while? Try and think about things like this before asking again.

You just have to wait for a certain Quest this happened to me to but I went along with it and now there a huge family with 3 kids
