My mum used her money card to buy me $10 worthy of LP (100 LP) but they havnt come through yet we bought it last week it says on her account that they have come through but on my game I have nothing

You need to get into contact with Apple and EA and report this problem. If you haven't gotten anything than they can refund your mom.
