How do I update my sims freeplay?
When I try to visit some neighbors it says they have a more recent version and I need to update, how the heck do I do that?

Go to the app store and tap on the tab that says "updates" and wait for it to load up. If you have available updates, this is where they will be located. You can also turn on automatic updates in the settings so you don't have to go and check the store everyday.
