I can't bring my sim home?
Sent my teen to neighbor and now game crashes when I try to bring home

This is a glitch, which will be fixed when another update gets pushed out, so just be patient. It has nothing to do with your device, it's just that the app is trying to do something it's not supposed to, so the only thing it can do is crash. Try restarting your device and see if that makes any difference. I doubt it will, but it doesn't hurt to try.
