resources for sim town sign
I want to upgrade the new sim town sign to level 3 so I can get the teen mansion. I have it on level one but I can't find the resources. ( light , microphone and movie tape thing)

The resources are created by completing musical missions with teen Sims. At least the light icon is created this way

You have to finish your collection, which are the songs from the instruments, and when you finish that row, you will unlock one of the Items and the items you need will be found in that collection, so you need to restart your first collection to be able to start fresh to get the other items now.
