My sims refuses to cook.
I have changes stoves. It's facing the correct way and everything is satisfied with te sim.

Hmmm... I know some of this will seem obvious, but it helps to rule things out. First, only Adult Sims can use the stove. Second, can the sim reach the stove? Will they stand in front of it without Cooking? If not, then something is obstructing their path. It's usually something ridiculous and annoying. Try rearranging nearby pieces of furniture.
