How to complete the higher education quest ?
I am in level 24 I want to complete the higher education quest. I have no idea about it.

SuperCheats actually has a walkthrough for this, made by our local expert CMBF. It can be found here - http://www.supercheats.com/the-sims-freeplay/walkthrough/the-teen-expansions#Higher%20Education%20Quest%20Line
Just scroll down on that page and you will eventually see in bold lettering: "Higher Education Quest Line". Just do what it says and you'll be fine.
