My dog and cat disappeared.
My dog and cat are missing from my main house in Sim Freeplay, please help. I really don't want to have to buy them af again.

I found my cat hanging out at the mall. Couldn't send her home so I had to relocate her! Look for other areas that have the Pet symbol. Good thing I didn't buy another one!

Do you see the pet symbol on the mall? I don't see pet symbol in every place on the maps😩 What should I do? I lost my cat too. But the strange thing is my sims still has 2 pets, can't add more pet, but the cat was missing.
I don't look the pet symbol everywhere! Did you see the pet symbol in the mall before you finallly find your cat? The strange part is I can't add new cat either to my home, it shows that I has 2 pets but I didn't find my cat everywhere! Someone please give me advice😩

When you lose a pet, you can find your pet by checking all of your homes/locations to see which one has either 3 listed even though 2 is the max or see a Sim you know only has 1 pet now says their house has 2 pets. Once you find your missing pet, you have to relocate the pet. Unfortunately the two times this happened to me, I wasn't able to relocate my pet to their original owner but rather had to relocate them to a new Sim then once they have a new owner, I then relocate them a second time to my original owner. What's worse is when I have to have a couple get divorced and have 1 of them move to a new home in order to relocate the missing pet to them before relocating them to the original owner since I like for all of my Sims to already have the maximum of 2 pets.

If it does not let you get your pet back this happen to me to you have to put all your pet stuff in your backpack then it says you won’t have any pets then you can relocate your pet back homeGuest answered:
My dog Polo has disappeared if I click on icon I takes me to the center of my house but I can't find her anywhere

My game told me that one or more of my Pets or Sims couldn't complete their task because of the change in weather! So I looked on my map and sure enough my cat was gone!
