Question for The Sims FreePlay
My quest says get three sims to watch a show and when I go out the house into the city there is a circle around the competition center that mean that my quest is there

Those are two different Quests mate. To do the first one you need to have three Adult Sims in the same house physically and then have them all watch the same program of the type that the Quest requires.
For the second, that is just the daily competition, whatever it is, and it has nothing to do with the first Quest.
