How do I float on a flotie in a neighbors pool?
I'm on the goal where I have to float on a floatie or something in a neighbors pool but none of my neighbors have a pool at least I don't see that they have a pool. Can anyone help me I really wanna just get passed this stupid quest! Thx

Basically you need to visit a neighbor's town and find a house that has a pool AND has a float toy in it. The pool needs to be clean enough to use (you can clean it if it is not) and then you just tap on the float toy and use it.
If you do not have a neighbor with a pool well then your Neighbors are lame. Get better neighbors. Actually that is not me being rude, I am serious.
Look in the comments or on one of the chat boards for people who are offering to be neighbor and who say that they have a Courtesy House and add them.
