I had issues with this too thinking I had
To empty a Bar to max something
Out but you have to fill the Bar to max out
So all you do is use the toilet

Don't let your sim/s got to the toilet for like ages and then it will wet themselves and hopefully your goal will be complete!

So, all you have to do is use the toilet until the energy Bar is full completely.

Actually there is no known way to do it quickly you have to wait for your bathroom icon to go red and they will eventually wet them selves

Just use the toilet.. After your Sims toilet show full green you already archieve that goal

You just use the toilet. However way it's written in the game doesn't matter; using the toilet is how you finish this goal
