Your diver sim needs to be at level 3 to be able to do the Triple Pickle Flip, which is the third goal in the second row. Just keep practicing until they get that medal.

Have another Sim do the task. However, they too will have to have swimming as their hobby.

It's random, you just have to keep trying. These are the hardest SP goalsGuest answered:
Go out of town use the swim center. You will be able to use Diving boards. Keep in my you have to be level 3 to complete the triple decker dive. Hope this helps.
