Yes because you need to build the School first so go on to your Town Map and build it

I have the same problem. I have two TEENS. The high School IS built. When I go to Careers or tap the school to enroll my TEENS it says that all the class times are locked. Any ideas on how to unlock and enroll when the kids are already TEENS?

I can't seem to enroll mines either. There is nowhere new to build the high School and under the regular school it has the teens enrollment but it is not unlocked and I also completed the Quest. Can someone please explain it a little further? Thank you for your time.

So I was having the same problem as well. But I looked harder on the map, and right behind the regular School, is the icon for the high school. We need to build it with 18 Sims.

I completed the requirements to build the high School but when I click on it, it only shows the check marks where I completed the Quests? There is no BUILD button

Tap on the teen you want to enrol. Then tap on the Careers and Education menu. Then tap on the right hand side of their careers and education box, even though there is no obvious place to tap, tapping on the r h side should bring up the enrolment options.

Same for me! I hit on the Town Hall, I went to the enrolled button for my teens "Career/education", & it's still locked! Help me out here!

I have built the high School and now have 6 teens, it will not let me enroll them in school.

You need to quit the Job of another sim and let him/her accept or get the job as a Politician. After accepting the job as a politician, you will be begin your Quest to build the Town Hall and after completing the quest, you can enroll your teen to a Higher Education.

I been restarted the game for over than 10 time. as usual I stucked on Higher Education. It wont let me build it Sim Town High. I need a real answer. making 14 or 18 Sims never been helpfull.

I think this is because everyone is looking at the elementary School that's already built. If this is the case, the high school to be built is located roughly get behind the elementary school. This was my issue lol. I hope this helps anyone else that had the same problem I did

If you built the high School, the Teenagers Quest is complete and you have baked your required cake. You have to let your sim have a birthday before he/she starts high school. As soon as your Sims grows a little more they're no longer eledgible for elementary school and you click yes to opt out of elementary school and enroll in high school.

Should it really cost 600 000 to build? Before I started the sim high Quest line it was showing at 200 000 then I completed it and it jumped up to 600 000!! My town has 17 Sims and is worth 3.5 million if that helps. I'm building a new house to get the 18 sims needed to start the build on the high School - Thanks for any answers

My high School is locked

So you guys are looking at the elementary School instead of the Highschool. The Highschool for Simtown is directly in front of the elementary school (the school you’ve been trying to enroll your teens in lol) so click and build the Highschool and you should be good because I had the same issue and it said “locked” when I tried to enroll them
