Question for The Sims FreePlay
Now that you can't Febreze anything anymore, what's the best way to get island resources to drop faster? Teen update removed the Febreze option. Help!

I have got loads of granite from growing potatoes and pickaxes from onions and green beans... But my problem is getting gold I have got 1 and that was by cleaning under nails meant to get gold Figure Skating but been doing this for ages and got none how do I get gold???

I just grow lots of corn and that earns me Simoleons, the bonus money and the resources needed. But it does get a bit random. For instance, right now I have 17 pick axes, 2 gold and 6 granite. Seriously growing stuff is quite beneficial if you don't want to send your Sims to work.
