To get 4 Sims to become politicians, you need to click on the Simtracker. The simtracker is the blue button to the left of the screen. Once you click on that, click the second tab. It looks like a briefcase. There you can view all the Careers of your sims. TO change a Career click on the bubble to the upper right of the sims/ card. It will have a picture of their career. (For example if a sim is a Scientist the bubble will show a Telescope). Then just choose what career you want the sim to have. Hope this helps :D
