I'm doing the mysterious island quest, and I'm supposed to 'find another..

They say you need to do tasks to find another resource it doesn't matter what you do. I have ten Sims and made each one do a different task and the next day I woke up and got on and I found the other resource. It doesn't tell you what the resource is when you get it. You just have to watch the goal thing and see when it Changes to the next step. Have so many sims Cooking and some Baking and reading and watching tv. That's what I did and it worked. Hope that helps. The next step is easier.

I had the same question and all I did was be nice to a sim and then it worked but try and do any activity and it might work, if it doesn't then try a different activity. It's different for everyone

Another resource you could use is a globe. I used that and it worked, just select search for simville and it should work

I made my sim do a Dance shuffle and it immediately found the resource I needed

All of my Sims did diff tasks. I found 2 artifacts at the same time by Baking cookies and having leftovers in the fridge.
