Question for The Sims FreePlay
How do you complete the party boat goal, "practice painting in a neighbor's town" ?
I've gone to all of my neighbor's and I've checked everywhere of how to complete the task but it isn't working. I can't skip it because I have 0 life points. Please answer

You have to go visit a neighbor's town and find an art Easel. This goal is tricky, because it relies on your neighbor having bought an easel and putting it out for Sims to use. If your neighbor hasn't bought an easel, or doesn't have one out than you can't complete the task. Try getting a friend to be your neighbor so they can put an easel out for you, or get into contact with one of your current Neighbors and ask them to put their easel out.
