Question for The Sims FreePlay
I need a neighbor, where I can go ghost hunting, please anyone? I don't know how else can I get pass this goal, as I don't want to use my LPs.

You have to buy something from the home store that has the ghost hunting item. Once you do that you click on it and select the ghost hunting option.

Well buy jack o lantern and other simoleon stuffs then tap search for ghost for 3 m 30 s
