My task is to pratice painting at a neighbors town. But I don't know how to get my canvas out when I'm in a neighbors town.

You don't get to use your canvass when you are visiting a Neighbour's town. You have to find and use your Neighbour's canvass.

I have an Easel and things for the following Quests (Soccer Ball, fire Hydrant, Mirror, etc). Add me on FB (ID: Kryst Graham [I'm the one with the purple lipstick!]) and then buy them for your town, if you can. That way we can all progress together :-)
