Question for The Sims FreePlay
How do I fine my neighbors dog, a mission of mine is to play frisbee with it. But I've looked all over in their town and I can't find where the dog is located 😳

That just means that your Neighbour's Sims do not own any dogs. Get new Neighbours who do.

I had the same situation, I had neighbours but could not find a single dog. What I did was log in to Sims freeplay with my Facebook, find someone on facebook who had a dog in sims, I added them as a neighbour and then visited them and completed my Mission. I have a dog in sims and if you would like to add me on Facebook and try this method out, my name on facebook is Aminah Maisha and my profile picture is of an art peice of a girl wearing shades with a rainbow effect and my background is of a husky. If you add me and talk to me there, I can help you out.

If you don't have a neighbour with a dog and a frisbee or whatever you need, you need to add new Neighbors. Do this by logging in to Sims freeplay with your Facebook account and add someone on sims from your facebook who also plays the game and has a dog and frisbee. If you don't have a freind who plays the game or has a dog, you can add me.
