How do I have a fancy coffee at a neighbor's snow park when none of my friends have a snow park not even the first one?

There are many players in this forum that you can add as neighbours. Just check out the thread for Facebook or Game Center. Try to add more high level Neighbors

I am having the same problem. My friends don't have a snow Park. Could someone please add me who has a snow park? My game centre user is Shell434
