Question for The Sims FreePlay

I see items in my neighbor's towns that I don't have access too. Sometimes I'm not a high enough level - if you look closely at the thumbnails, you can see those items to come. But, some things don't seem to be there at all. For example, basketball court, baby crib with a canopy, vanity desk with makeup, double monitor computer desk, tablet computer desk (these last two are in the Another Simtown), etc. Where did these items come from? How do I get them?

The baby crib with canopy was a limited time item for Mother's Day. The double monitor and tablet computer desk are in the electronics section of the home store. I don't know about the vanity desk or basketball court but my guess is that they were probably limited time Items at some point too.

I need to add something to my answer (I'm the one who posted the answer)- I just found out that the vanity desk with makeup is more of a pink case with a lighted mirror and makeup and it's in the preteens tab of the home store.

It's me again, for the third time! I just found out that the basketball court was a gift from Santa in the 2012 Christmas quest. So that covers everything, finally...
