How do you high five a neighbor? I have became best friends with a neighbor and I can't high five them.

Yes you have to have 2 males to be friends first. Doesn't matter what positive action you use.

To high five a neighbours sim you need to make them friends but make sure you click on "Be nice" and "romance" to get them to high five.
PS I could not get a girl sim to high five my boy sim I only could get a boy and a boy. I'm not sure if a girl and a girl is the same.

I mad the too boys good friends and now the instead of it saying high five it says bro hug what do i doGuest answered:
It also works with two females adults. Two women can give each other a bro hug too.

Obviously that didn't work the op said his Sims were already best friends and there is still no option to high five. Male on male.

They cannot be best friends. Relationship "friends" gives high five, "good friends" bro hug and "best friend" chest bump. Don't forget it has to be two males /kikilurisen

Correct. The plan is to progress a male relationship if you don't have one. Two males as friends, then best friends. Friends is high five. I wonder if you perform negative actions if best friends demoted to friends. Likely so.Guest answered:
I managed to do it, remember it's not you're sim, you have to go Party Boat, I got 2 males to be friends, high five came up. I also had males needs all topped up aswell.

Just be nice once or twice but don't become best friend and u should get that optionGuest answered:
I just did it with my male sim and a neighbours female sim.
I had them, "Be Nice" then "Be Nice" again. Then they became friends, that's when I could choose "High Five"
It had to be two adults though, it did not work with Seniors.

You have too be friends with another Sim it doesn't matter if it's a male or female Sim to do a high fiveGuest answered:
do not make them Good Friends OR best friends! JUST MAKE THEM FRIENDS. Then the high five option will be there. Because I found that:
Acquaintances: Shake hand
Friend: High Five
Good Friend: Bro Hug
Best Friend: Chest Bump

None of these answers helped. I had a male sim make friends with a neighbor, who was also male. I was nice to him until we became friends and no new options to interact popped up. I tried to continue to be nice to him until we were best friends. The options never changed. It was always the same choices ... Be funny, be rude, be nice etc... I tried to make friends with a female neighbor and nothing changed in the interactions, I can't get ANY new interactions. Not bro hug not high five, nothing.

You have 5o 1st go to another Sims town 'neighbor' then make friends then high five. Ugh took me forever to fig. It out

If you became best friends with a preteen, then it will not work. You have to become friends with an Adult neighbor and then it will work. 👍
