It means that you have filled all of your Sims needs and they do not need any thing else. This is a very good thing.

This always happens to me they never go away and it is annoying
Very annoying
I want to know how I can get rid of these because they never need to go to the toilet or shower or eat it is really REALLY annoying 😒😒😒

Because it shows your Sims are happy, and you have filled all their needs
My sim is pregnant and has a baby boy with a husband, I built them a huge house, and they all have green sparkles floating around them, it make me really happy 😆
