Your Sims feet are sparkling and throwing up? Sounds like a glitch. Sims sparkle when they are inspired, or when their green bars are full. They throw up when they get sick, but I haven't ever seen one throw up. Just wait for an update and see if that does anything. If not than talk to EA through EA.com
