Question for The Sims FreePlay
I have been playing Sims FreePlay for about a month now. I am frustrated because I don't know how to build the town. It is only letting me build homes; not the pet shop, career center, etc. Im on level 26 and have 21 sims. My town worth is 150,000+ and I've built 9 homes. Im wondering if I messed up earlier in the game when the UFO was here. It told me to send my sims to the park but I never completed that goal. I keep playing hoping that at some point I can unlock the pet shop and other goals of the game, but it's starting to get really boring. Nothing has happened since like level 15. Can anyone help?

Are you playing your own game and neglecting the Goals that are assigned to you?
If so , that may be the reason you are stuck because some Goals will trigger and initiate the construction of certain buildings and businesses which will in turn allow your Sims to get employed in certain occupations that you may not have access to.
Play your game and complete your assigned Goals to progress in the game.
