Scroll to the left, and you should see a big lot. Click that and that is The Snow Park. It lets you play Hockey, have a snowball fight, ski, tobaggon, etc. Hope I helped!

I scrolled to the left when I was at my house but it wouldn't let me build it.

The snow park is located directly to the left of your regular park. You will see a new road that leads to practically nowhere on your map, that is where you can build the snow park!
