Question for The Sims FreePlay

When I open my Freeplay, all the control buttons are gone. I can't go to the home screen or switch Sims etc. I can't collect my baking/gardening/daily mail etc, and can not move the screen around. How can I fix this without deleting the game and reinstalling? I made that mistake last time and had to start all over again. I have no idea how to save my game either..?

I've had this happen a couple of times. I exit out of the game. Double click the home tab and hold down your Sims freeplay icon until a red minus show up. Press that red minus over the sims freeplay icon. This will delete the icon but it will not delete the game. Return to your sims freeplay game and let it load. Hopefully it will not freeze up on you again.
