Question for The Sims FreePlay
How do you send your sim to the park? I don't have an option of building the park either. Is there a certain level you need to be at?

No you don't need to be at a specific level, you have to complete the wishes until it asks you to build a Business. Once you build a Park you click on the bubble ubove it to go there
