My sims. None of them. Will make a double shot coffee after I have tried everything. How do I do it?

Firstly, is your coffee maker facing the right way? Is there anything blocking it from your Sims being able to use it? If not, try buying another one (the cheapest one if you want) and see if they will use that. If none of those work than try restarting the app. To do this double tap the home button, and swipe the app screens off the screen. This will completely close the app. After that go back in and see if you can do it now.
