Question for The Sims FreePlay

My sims keep acting like they're about to throw up and won't move. I am NOT shaking my phone, I could leave it alone all day and they will constantly be acting like an earthquake is happening. Their needs are full, and they do it ALL DAY. I can't even send them anywhere like work or to plant or anything. They just stand in one spot all day staggering. Please help I really don't want to restart my game I've come so far :( Thank you

The same thing just started happening to my Sims, I even deleted it and downloaded it again but same results. I am hoping I don't have to reset but to be honest it's looking like the only way unless they update it.

my husband found the solution. Turn off GPS. The device uses GPS to track movement so it should make them stop
Guest answered:

I tried everything... Finally, you must recalibrate your phone or tablet!!! That's it!!!

ANSWER
Ok so I was having the same problem (my Sims wobbling around) all you have to do is shut your device all the way down then wait 3-5 seconds and turn it back on and it should work. It did for me.

It just started happening to mine randomly. Idk what to do either and I really don't want to reset. Have you fixed yours yet?
