Question for The Sims FreePlay
I've built a second floor and I've made some rooms but on one side it doesn't match the exterior wall to the first floor. When I go into the home store to build to expand the wall to match it to the first floor it doesn't show a yellow arrow where I can do that. Is there another way I can expand because it won't even let me put windows there since technically it's not the exterior wall on the second floor. If this at all makes sense please help!

Sounds like a glitch with the app. Try waiting for another update to come out and see if that fixes it. Also try restarting your device and reinstalling the app.
If it still isn't fixed after all that, than contact EA through their website.
