Question for The Sims FreePlay
I purchased the second level, however, it will not allow me to purchase steps/stairs, so I have several houses that I do not have access to? Help? Ty

You need to have a room upstairs were the stairs will go to and when you put your stairs in downstairs that room has to be big anough to take them and have no obstacle around it like doors or phones they are best next to a wall withe nothing on it

I've added the second floor and staircase but I am still getting a message to add staircase Guest answered:
You have to add rooms to to the whole space on the second level; then add stairs!
