I am stuck on a goal, how do I design clothing and Where can I find promotions R us?

Promotions Rus is right by the Pet store which is by The Salon. To design clothes you need to build promotions Rus and buy the designer thing. You can find it in your inventory after you buy it and you can start designing. Hope that helped. Good luck! (and may the odds be ever in your favor)
