Question for The Sims FreePlay
I started playing Sims Freeplay on my iPad 3. I never got the option to build city hall, etc. I did see a mention of the real estate office and earned LP's. I'm now at level 17 and the town is valued at $365,000. I have 12 sims and several houses but do not see how to add a business. I've spent real dollars and I think I goofed or have a bad install. Can you please help me? Thanks so much. Great site by the way. Wish I'd found it earlier.

Have you encounter a goal that states that you can start building places for businesses?
That is a trigger that allows you to build these buildings. If not, you cannot access them yet.
